Lauren Saunders is a Canadian-born actress, now living in her hometown of Toronto after 3 years in the UK. She received trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and also holds her B.Ed from Queen's University. Lauren works onstage, onscreen, and in the recording studio. She is a co-founder of Elevated State Theatre Company.

Lauren has over 10 years of experience as an educator. She teaches French and Drama at the Mabin School, and runs two-week acting and clown intensives at Centauri Summer Arts Camp.

During the time of COVID-19, Lauren has created a YouTube channel to support French learning from home.

Lauren wrapped filming on a commercial for Holiday Inn, as well as a US campaign for World Finance.
