Stage Combat
I was first introduced to stage combat at age 14 through summer intensive programs with combat instructor Hunter Gates. In the next 7 years I took several more of Hunter's courses, in addition to weapons workshops with fight directors Dan Levinson, and Dorian Foley. At the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, I studied multiple weapons systems with Jonathan Howell, and earned standard and advanced qualifications with the BADC.

Singing
I have over 10 years of classical training. I began singing at age 8 in the Toronto Children's Chorus. I toured and performed with the choir for eight years, recorded several CDs, and traveled to Birmingham, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, and throughout the United States. During my time with the choir, I was selected to perform in additional concerts with the Elora Festival Singers, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and the Gryphon Trio. I also competed in CBC's Choral Competition in 2006, and received a first-place award. At Queen's University, I continued my training in the Music department and co-founded Momentum A Capella group.
