Lauren Saunders is a Canadian actor, coach, and educator, with experience onstage, onscreen, and in the recording studio.

 

She received her B.Ed from Queen's University, then moved to England to pursue her Master's degree at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Her performances have taken her to stages all across the UK, and her audiobooks are available internationally through Amazon Audible. Lauren is featured in commercial campaigns for Pepto Bismol, RBC, Holiday Inn, Pizza Pizza, and many more.

 

Lauren has over 10 years of experience as an educator, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She currently works as a Learning Strategies Teacher and Student Success Coach at The Mabin School, and supports students in their social-emotional development and creative expression. Outside the classroom, she offers one-to-one and small group coaching to help people of all ages reach their full potential.
